Old Fashioned Egg Custard Pie
The biggest problem with this egg custard pie is stopping with 1 or 2 pieces. It is not too sweet nor rich. I suggest you make 2 at a time!

The biggest problem with this egg custard pie is stopping with 1 or 2 pieces. It is not too sweet nor rich. I suggest you make 2 at a time!

3 Eggs
1 Cup White Sugar
1 12oz Can Evaporated Milk
1 Uncooked Pie Shell
Combine the 3 ingredients and beat until frothy.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350° for 45min to an hour until the pie jiggles a little when shaken.
